How it's calculated
units = (dose ÷ concentration) × syringe scale, concentration = (vial mg × 1000) ÷ water mL
vial mg = peptide per vial, water mL = bacteriostatic water added, dose = target dose (mcg), concentration = mcg per mL, syringe scale = units per mL (100 for U-100). Draw volume mL = dose ÷ concentration.
Common questions
How do syringe units relate to dose?
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. The calculator converts your dose into that mL fraction and reads it as units.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is an educational reference only. Peptide injections are a medical procedure and should be supervised by a clinician.
