tbsp = g ÷ d
g = grams, tbsp = tablespoons, d = grams per tablespoon for the ingredient (flour ≈ 7.8, water ≈ 14.79, granulated sugar ≈ 12.5).

Common questions
Why does the answer change by ingredient?
Grams measure weight and tablespoons measure volume. A spoon of flour weighs far less than a spoon of honey, so density matters.

The US tablespoon at 14.79 mL. Metric (15 mL) and Australian (20 mL) spoons differ slightly.
